On my personal journey that is life I want to try having a daily mantra to live by for that particular day. It could be uplifting, gratifying and some days even quite mellow, whatever it is I will resonate with it for the day and it will allow me to grow as a person for life.

Some examples of daily mantra's I have used
I AM RADIANT
As women we are so radiant many times without even knowing it. For those of you who are pregnant you are sometimes told of this beautiful glow, this radiant light that surrounds you on your journey to motherhood, I believe we carry that glow (to some degree) through our entire lifetime. Today, be radiant
I LOVE MYSELF
Today I am going to honor me, not in a self-centered way but in a state full of gratitude for all that I am and all that I have to offer. We are often able to be grateful for the things and the people in our lives but we forget to stop and be grateful for ourselves. For who we are inside and out. Today, love yourself, try looking in the mirror and saying "I love myself" and mean it. This can be challenging for so many people but if you can get to a state of loving yourself your life will change for the better.
EMIT LOVE
Give someone a nice smile, call someone you haven't talked to in a while and tell them how much they mean to you. Tell the ones closest to you how much you love them, say it, feel it, do it. Emit love all day long.
I LOVE MY BODY
This is a great one when you are feeling tired or not yourself. Today I am going to love my body. Today I love my stretch marks from giving birth, I love my child bearing hips I love my body with all of its imperfections because it tells part of the story that is my life. Today I will honor my body. I will nourish myself with whole foods and on this beautiful day I will take my body for a walk. Love your body today and see how it makes you feel.
LOVE LIFE LIKE CRAZY
Sometimes it's great to just focus on the good and just love life like crazy and be so thankful for all that we've been given.
BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL
In looking back at this past week where my hubby was on call and I was at a long birth it is hard not to be grateful for the experiences and the support I have had the pleasure of having. So all week I will emit an attitude of gratitude and love everything I have been given just a little bit more.
